Connecting Indigenous and First Nations people to job opportunities in Youth and Disability Support.
We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Partners On Country, an Indigenous-led organisation committed to connecting First Nations people with meaningful job opportunities in Queensland. Also part of the PeopleIN group, Partners on Country shares Edmen’s vision of creating workforces where diversity is recognised and celebrated. To date, Partners On Country has placed over 2,500 First Nations candidates into local community roles and continues to find work for 800-1,000 people every year.
By merging Edmen’s decades of expertise in community staffing with Partners On Country’s deep connection to local Indigenous workers, we aim to support Indigenous and First Nation job seekers in finding work across our partner network.
As part of this collaboration, we are focused on recruiting and retaining Indigenous and First Nations talent for permanent and casual roles in the community service sector. With the support of Partners On Country, our aim is to become an employer of choice for Indigenous talent, building diverse teams that reflect the communities, clients and people we support.
This partnership is more than just employment; it’s about creating pathways to success and amplifying the value Indigenous and First Nations workers bring to the community services sector. Here’s what Edmen can offer.
