Emergency Contact Information and After Hours Process

The Edmen emergency on call number should only be used in an emergency.


Please note, we do not have Edmen staff in the office between the hours of 12.30am and 6am, any calls that are made to 1300 665 880 during this time are diverted to the emergency on call number.

When to call 

It is important that calls between 12:30am - 6am are for emergencies only which include reasons such as:

A green circle with a white check mark inside of it.

If you need to be replaced from the shift you are currently on

If you need replacing from a shift commencing before 7am

A green circle with a white check mark inside of it.

If you are running late to your shift that starts before 7am

A green circle with a white check mark inside of it.

If you have an issue on your current shift and cannot get through to the client on call

A green circle with a white check mark inside of it.

If there has been an incident causing injury or urgent client escalation.

When not to call

The following reasons are NOT considered urgent and should not be put through the emergency 1300 number between 12.30am - 6am.

Returning your Service Coordinator’s call from the previous day

To discuss any matters relating to your shift that starts after 7am
